I would love to use this book in my classroom! It has a great message that everyone comes from different
backgrounds and has different lives that are all unique. It also expresses that even if you don't have the
nicest things or what everyone else has everyone is special in their own way. I feel like my students would
really enjoy this book and some may even relate to it.

I feel as if this book would be perfect for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. It has a great message
that everyone is unique and lives different lives which I feel is great for students to hear in school. Also, it
was easy vocabulary and easy to read sentences for younger children. In addition, the pictures are awesome
and award winning which I feel my students would really enjoy.

If I were to use this book in my classroom I would first start by reading the book out loud to my class. Then,
I would discuss these cultural differences as a class and have them discuss why so many things are
different between people in life. Next, I would have my students draw themselves and write about their
lives.
