I would love to use this book in my classroom! I love the way it explains a young boys imagination and
his journey. Also, I love how it ends with him missing home and going home to find that his mother
brought him dinner. It has an extremely sweet message and story line that I feel my students would love.
It also has amazing pictures that help tell the story along with the words.

I feel as if this book would be great for students in kindergarten through fourth grade. It has a very sweet
message as well as a great story of a young boy and his imagination which I feel younger students would
relate to. It also has amazing pictures that help tell the story and are very appealing which I know kids
would love. In addition, there are very minimal words making it perfect for younger students.

If I were to use this book in my classroom I would start by reading the book out loud to my students.
Then, I would have them create their own place in which they would be the king or queen of. Next, I
would have them share their stories and why they chose what they did.
