Introduction

Hi everyone!
My name is Haley Jackson and I am a Junior at Houston Baptist University. I am seeking a certification in EC-6 with an ESL certification as well. I want to teach anywhere from Kindergarten - Second grade. I come from a big family of 7 and I am the middle child of the bunch. I am also a coach at Houston Gymnastics Academy and coach Cheer and Gymnastics. I can't wait to see what this class and semester has in store!

It has a great message that everyone is unique in their own way and that everyone's family is different. It also has a lot of diversity within which I feel is extremely important for students to read and understand. I feel as if my students would really enjoy this book and some may even relate to it
